No, residents do not need to be present for a maintenance technician to complete a repair. When submitting your work order, you may provide permission to enter, which allows our maintenance team to access your apartment and complete the requested service while you are away.

If you are locked out of your apartment, please contact a locksmith (or reset your smart home app if applicable). We do not service lockouts after hours.

Yes, residents are welcome to decorate their apartment home. However, permanent changes or alterations may not be made without written approval from management. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from your security deposit at move-out.

No. If you transfer from one PEG apartment community to another, a new security deposit is required for the new apartment home. No, we do not list a specific minimum credit score in the rental criteria. However, a credit report will be processed for each applicant.
